What do I need to do to prepare for the arrival of your workers?
The installation of wood floors in a remodeling situation can be somewhat complicated. Quite often extensive preparation work may be necessary. If repainting of the area is planned, we highly recommend this be done after the floor has been finished. Our installers always utilize the utmost of care to minimize the damage to trim; however, you should prepare for minor paint touch-up which may be needed. Trim moulding may be needed after the wood flooring installation. This is not included in the estimate, but may be provided at an additional charge.
